Maintenance of High Speed Tablet Press

As a key equipment, high-speed tablet press plays an important role in industrial production. In order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the equipment, regular maintenance is indispensable.

I. Cleaning

1. External Cleaning: Use a clean, soft cloth or brush to clean dust and dirt accumulated on the external surface of the double-press high speed tablet press.

2. Internal cleaning: open the equipment and carefully clean the internal area, especially the mold, track and roller and other places where impurities are likely to accumulate, to ensure that it does not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

II. Lubrication

1. Lubricant Replacement: Regularly check the oil level in the lubricant tank to see if it meets the requirements and replace the lubricant according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

2. Lubrication point lubrication: according to the provisions of the equipment, add the appropriate amount of lubricant in the location where the lubricant needs to be added, and pay attention not to excessive or insufficient.

III. Tightening

1. Inspection of bolts and nuts: Regularly inspect the bolts and nuts on the equipment to ensure that they are in the correct position and are moderately tightened. If they are found to be loose or damaged, please deal with them promptly.

2. Belt tension adjustment: Check whether the belt tension on the double-pressure high-speed tablet press is appropriate.

IV. Inspection

1. Electrical system: Check carefully whether the connecting wires and plugs and other components in the electrical system are working properly, if there is any abnormality, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

2. Sensors and probes: Regularly test and calibrate the sensors and probes to ensure their accuracy and repair or replace damaged parts in time.

3. Fastener wear: Check the wear of each fastener (such as pins, sliders, etc.) and repair or replace them as needed.

V. Training and Records

1. Train operators: Provide necessary training for equipment users to make them understand the equipment use process, common troubleshooting and daily maintenance precautions.

2. Record maintenance work: establish a perfect maintenance record form to record the time, content and personnel of each maintenance, and review and evaluate regularly.
