3. The maintenance of the punching die should be placed in a covered iron box, so that the entire punching die is immersed in oil, and it should be kept clean to avoid rust and damage. It is recommended to customize the iron box to fit each specification in one box, which can avoid installation errors during use and help to grasp the damage situation.

4. Regularly inspect the components, 1-2 times a month, to check whether the moving parts such as worm gear, worm gear, bearings, pressure, crankshaft, upper and lower rail guides are rotating flexibly and worn. If defects are found, they should be repaired and used in a timely manner.

2. This machine is packed as a whole, and after unpacking, it can be moved to a suitable place for use. After leveling, it can be used. If the position is fixed, foot nails can be added.
